Car Stereos: Removal of Ford F150 crew cab rear speaker grills, ford f150 crew cab, screw driver

Question
The front panels that cover the speakers popped out very easily. However, the rear panels do not pop out in the same manner. I used a screw driver to try and get a corner of the panel loose but felt like I would crack the panel if I continued. There must be another solution rather than popping off the panel. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about the delay in answering your question.  If you're still having trouble, can you please submit a follow-up with the model year of your F150?  I don't recall having problems with any particular version of this truck; I can look up the disassembly information, but I'd need to know the year of the truck.
