Answer
Hi,

The head unit should fit into the radio cavity, although you'll want to use a mounting adapter kit like Metra's 95-2009.  However, the dash panel opening may be a bit small for the motorized faceplate on the head unit you've chosen.  Generally, in most GM vehicles, I have better luck using double-DIN head units that have a fixed faceplate, instead of a moving motorized screen.  There's a good chance you'd need to modify the dash opening to make room for the faceplate to open and close.

Hope this helps!
