Car Stereos: car stereo, fuse boxes, plymouth neon

Just bought a 1999 plymouth neon, cd deck didnt work so I bought a new one and new harness wire set. tested the yellow wire good. the red ignition wire isnt reading anything. checked the fuses and good. dunno what to do next.

Test the fuses again. :)

Most cars have two fuse boxes.  One under the hood, and one near the steering column.  Locate both and test the fuses with a multimeter (don't just look at them).  I'll bet you still have a bad fuse somewhere.
