Answer
Hi Sean,

There might be a few different things going on here, but the power issue is the first thing to solve.

In a Nissan, you won't normally find a ground wire in the factory radio plug.  Instead, the stock head unit is grounded through the metal mounting brackets.  When you install a new deck, you need to make sure you're connecting the ground wire directly to the metal structure in the dash cavity.

If your deck is properly grounded, but you're still not getting any power, then you'll want to check the vehicle's fuses. The radio fuses are in positions #21 and #40 in the driver's dash fuse panel.

Because you have a Bose system, you'll need a special adapter to make the after-market deck work properly with the Bose amplifiers.  This is typically called a "premium sound adapter" and can be found at any car audio store.  (If you replace the speakers and bypass the factory amplifiers, you won't need the adapter).

Hope this helps!
