Car Stereos: factory amp location, rear cargo area, rear speakers

Where is the factory amp that drives the mids in a 98 lincoln navigator?

Hi Nic,

The factory amp(s) should be located under the panel on the passenger side of the rear cargo area.  If the vehicle is equipped with a subwoofer, there will be two amps in this location: one for the front and rear speakers, and the other for the sub.
