Car Stereos: Car Stereo/Clock and lights dont work, fuse panel, steering column

I need help.

My Car Stereo, Clock and lights are dead, it has even affected the locks for the passenger sides.

I think its a blow fuse, But I can't find the box to replace the fuse.  Its not the one in the engine because none of those say STEREO or CLOCK. Help, these drives into work suck without music. And I don't have a good signing voice.

Most cars have a second fuse panel near the driver.  Check around the steering column.

In my car for example, there's another fuse, and it's damn near impossible to get to -- you have to climb under the the dash and look up where the pedals are to see it.
