Car Stereos: Pontiac g6, kenwood kdc, antenna cable

I installed a kenwood kdc 332 cd player but it will not even turn on. I
bought a kit for it and they also gave me a knew antenna cable and
another long cable that it spliced on one end and on the other a cover
metal clasp.

Hi Brie,

If your old deck worked OK before you installed this one, and this one isn't turning on, the issue is inevitably simply going to be wiring.  Make sure there's a clean connection to ground, 12V constant, and 12V accessory, and the unit should turn on.

If that doesn't work, maybe you got a bad unit.
