Yes, you can add a sub and amp to any car.  The easiest way to hook them up is to splice into the rear deck speaker wires for your signal, run power wire to battery, then run remote wire to fuse box or to wire that turns on radio.  If you have a stock radio, I would just find a wire in the fuse box that is switched and splice into it.  That's it.  Hope this helps, Scott
