Hi
I have a car in Israel Toyota Camry 08 I like to by car radio with gps and dvd from USA how I can make the gps work in Israel . I try with only gps made by Garmin with sd card didn't work .What is your suggestion. Thanks.

Hi Josef,

I'm sorry, but I don't know of any mobile video/navigation systems sold for the North American market that can be updated with maps for your area.  Kenwood makes navigation head units with built-in Garmin GPS systems, but as far as I can tell, only North American updates are available for them.

There are a couple other problems with using a head unit from the USA in other parts of the world.  Any DVD player for the US market will only be able to play Region 1 DVD's; I'm not certain if these are readily available in Israel.  Also, the radio tuners in US head units will typically only tune in on the odd decimals; for example, the FM tuner could tune in 95.7 and 95.9, but not 95.8 or 95.95.  

You might have better luck seeking a head unit made for the European or Asian markets.
