im looking at buying a lanzar vibe286 4000 watt amp specs are as fallows:

will these items work togeather for a low bass sound that will shake my truck hard?

Hi Brett,

That amp seems like too much power for a single Pioneer subwoofer.  If you're using two subs, the amplifier should match up pretty well, however.

If you're planning on using only one sub, I'd look for a mono amplifier rated for around 500-1000 watts RMS at 1 ohm.
