Hi Scott, I was driving down the road yesterday and my radio just went full blast and I can't turn the volume down, thankfully I'm able to turn the radio off.  Any idea what just happened?

It sounds something like a short inside the radio, or connected with the volume control knob.  If there is a volume control knob, you might try blowing around the knob, making sure there is no dust in behind the knob.  If there is no dust or volume knob, then the short is probably inside the radio.  There is an off-chance that the power can be reset, and it may reset the glitch in the radio.  Unfortunately, the radio will probably have to be repaired or replaced.  Sorry there is not a better answer.  Hope this helps, Scott
