front speakers pop and crack are they blown or what

The likely answer is yes.  Check the connectivity to them first to make sure all of their connections are clean and that wiggling the connections going into them and coming off the deck doesn't cause the popping and cracking.  If it does, you might need to replace some wiring instead.

If it doesn't do anything, then you're likely looking at blown speakers.
