Auto Racing: redesign of / or changing auto comp. chip, computer management systems, sarasota florida

I would like to know where I can find an automobile / truck computer tech that can change, how and when, the  spark timing occurs. Before top dead center and after.

Try calling Summit Racing's tech line.  Their guys seem to be well versed in stuff like that. Their web site is www.summitracing.com  Look for the tech phone number (long distance, so call on your cell) and call 'em.  

The cars I work with are all carbureted so I have no experience with the computer management systems.
