Auto Racing: Single Seater Racing, plymouth uk, financial budget

Hi there Adam,

I live in the Plymouth,UK and when I reach 18-20 i want to get into single seater racing and I would like to know how would i go about it.
I would like to start racing formula series cars i wont have much of a financial budget as i will be in college.
I would like to be in a racing team and race competitively.

So please could you give me any information?
