Answer
Guy-

Well...neither type of system will provide you with better mileage.  If anything they'll hurt your mileage depending on how long you build up boost.  A turbo system would probably be better for gas mileage since boost isn't really associated with engine rpm like a blower system would be (although twin screw blowers like Kenne Belle and Whipple work similar to a turbo).  For a supercharger, I'd recommend either an intercooled Procharger P1SC kit ot a Kenne Belle 2.2L kit.  Both make great products...although I've found Kenne Belle a little hard to reach by phone in the past so you might have trouble getting questions answered should they arise.  For turbo kits, well...even though they're coming out fast for the new Mustangs, there aren't a whole lot of kits just yet.  I'm sure Hellion has put one together by now and I think I just read something about Snow Performance putting one together.  I'm sure if you just search the web you'll get some good hits.  Hope this helps.
