Hi,

I've seen an equation in a book of the vehicle mass: driveline + chassis, when reduced to a point at the center of gravity, varies according to the forces, gear box position and other terms.

Could you please tell me a little about this subject and if you can point out online astricles to read?

The best source of information I can recomend is a book .
The title is : "How to Make Your Car Handle" by Fred Puhn.  I think it's published by HP Books, and most any book store can order it for you. It's about $15-$16 and will explain things of that narute fully.  

I've never been able to find any usable articles online that were a help
