NASCAR Racing: nascar fees, nascar racer, gibbs racing

My ultimate aim is to be a NASCAR racer.but i dont know how much expence (yearly) it needs or where is the best school...etc....

A question like this is hard to answer. Expense....years of racing experience. Without learning driving first all the money in the world won't get you there. Driving schools won't do much, you just have to get out there and race, starting at the local race tracks in your area and working up from there. If you ever get far enough to be able to race in the NASCAR level in a race car supplied by RCR or Gibbs Racing or some other team, don't worry about the expense, they'll pay it.
