NASCAR Racing: best clutch and driveline system, team hendrick, driveline components

Hi Coy,

Can you tell me which are the top brands, in your opinion, for the racing clutches and driveline components used in NASCAR? How do we assess the performance of such stuff?

Hi Ram,

Each team (hendrick, DEI, gibbs, yates, etc.) manufactures their own equipment.  The only thing actually purchased from a company is the safety stuff. Those normally are ACTION or IMPACT safety equipment.  So unless you are ready to pay a high dollar for the team's stuff, you can pretty much go with any name brand you want.
