NASCAR Racing: Raceway Officials Shirt, e bay, civilians

I recently acquired a shirt that was worn by one of the officials in 2000. I want to make sure that legally I can wear this in public and that if I wanted to sell it on E-bay sometime that it is legally ok to do so.  I had someone tell me that these shirts were not to hit the hands of regular civilians and do not need any trouble my way. So, I would appreciate any information you have regarding what I can legally do with this shirt.

I'm sorry but I just don't have an answer for that. I don't see how they could stop you from wearing the shirt or from selling the shirt. As the uniforms change almost yearly I doubt there would be a problem but perhaps you should try asking a lawyer. As long as it wasn't "stolen" I don't think anyone can do anything to you.
