What does it mean when an announcer says that a specific car has a tire that is "Equalized"? Thank you!

Answer
A tire may have inter liner, and if this inter liner leaks out the air will go from the inter liner to the outer tire until the pressures "equalize".  This will cause the tire to shake and vibrate horribly.  When this happens a driver is beyond scared and will make a pit stop.
