NASCAR Racing: lapped cars, laps, caution

  If i am the only car a lap down and i am 5 laps down and the caution comes out do i now become 4 laps down?     If so, if i pass the leader to get a lap back do i get credit for that lap plus the lucky dog?

At this point that is the rule, if you are the only lapped car and a caution comes out you are the lucky dog, no matter how many laps you are down. If you passed the leader before the caution came out, getting a lap back by racing then when the caution comes out you get another lap for being the lucky dog.I think NASCAR is now talking about only cars 1 lap down will be a "lucky dog" but that is only a rumor I heard and have heard no other news on that since.
