2001 Bmw 325ci e46
Two things, a/c and heating works fine, when it blows air throught the vents from time to time it doesn't want to switch from dash to windshield or floor, or other problem is when i turn the fan on nothing comes out, i try go to high but still nothing coming out but i can hear behind the vents in the dash that air is coming to it like something is blocking it, and after some time it goes through and everything is fine

Hopefully the pollen /cabin filter has been changed at some point.
Get someone to scan the system and follow the results.

If you had access to another ac control panel it would be great to swap them over temporarily as a test.

Sorry but thats the limit of my knowledge on this subject, rather tell you the truth than send you down the wrong path.
