BMW Repair: bmw 530i shifter relay located at, bmw 530i, circuit tester

I have a 94 BMW 530i And my instrument cluster gauges went dead and the shifter want come out of park I checked the fuses but nothing was blowed and also I don't have any brake lights

I don't have a wiring diagram for that car, but it sounds like one of your major fuses may be blown.  Check for these more signficant/powerful fuses back near your battery.

If you have a circuit tester, test to see if there is power to the fuses you were checking.
