BMW Repair: fuel pump of BMW, 2002 bmw 530i, bmw 530i

Do you know where the fuel pump is located on a 2002 BMW 530i? Do you know what causes one to quit working?

Fuel pump is in the fuel tank, accessible from the top of the tank.  Usually you can get to it by removing the bench of the seat in back.

what can cause it not to work?  I'd check your fuse first.  Then there are all types of things, including a bad fuel pump.
