BMW Repair: E-39 Seat Problem, motor werks, metal cable

On the drivers seat, only 3 corners go up when I attempt to raise it. When I try to raise the seat, it tilts because the right rear corner does not go up. I am now forced to keep it all the way down which is limiting my view over the hood. Any suggestions?

Mark there are cables that run from motors to gear drives that make the seat move, one of the cables has stretched, What happens is the outer plastic part stretches and the inner metal cable part does not.so the cabel does not engage from the motor to the gear box, I figure out which cable has stretched and cut off between 1/4 or 1/3 inch and reasemble but make sure the seat sits level first.  hope this helps......
