BMW Repair: Right price for the car, bmw 325i 1995, kelly blue book

I have the option of buying a BMW 325i 1995 with the details given below.
How much should I pay for this car?

BMW 325i, 1995 model year
ABS, 6-CD changer (in the trunk), AC, power steering, power locks,
sunroof, auto transmission, sports seat package
BMW-installed engine enhancement to boost engine power to 215 HP
inspected and serviced last month, new tires, new brake rotors
mileage: 121K miles

Carburretor changed last year
The LCD Console panel is faulty.

If I choose to replace the LCD panel, How much will it cost me?
Does the BMW 325i, 1995 model requires regular 87 octane gas or a
higher octane gas?

What precautions should I take before closing this deal?

as for the price of the car I would recommend the kelly blue book web site. The led panel or OBC is easy to replace but I don't know the part price. and yes you should use premium gas in all BMW's. check for frame damage and misaligned or miscolored body parts, rust, mold smell in car or trunk and the history at that last inspection.
