BMW Repair: 2000 bmw 528, 2000 bmw 528, heater blower

Question
ac/heater blower fan runs on high all the time, doesn't matter manual or auto.
however, at times it only does it when the engine has warmed up.
also, what's a good place to learn fixing the rear power window. i can manually
pull it up or down (with hand) but not with the switch

You need a final stage resistor. Buy the part then remove the screw and panel on the pass side of the tunnel below the glove box and you will see it in there next to heater box. Fo the window you need a regulator. Let me know if you need to know how to replace.
