Question
the radio wont come on, and i can't see any of the functions. it only shows dashes (-) on the display. it is asking for a code to unlock it. where do i get the code to unlock that

Tanika, take your car to the dealer and they will have to remove the radio and take the serial number and manufacturer name off the radio and run the numbers in the service computer to get your code to release the anti-theft radio. Keep the code handy or write it down somewhere as this will happen anytime the vehicle looses power.
