Answer
Tony, The bolts around the central bolt remove the damper/pulley. The hub central bolt needs to be replaced according to instructions and is torqued to 410Nm. Remove with special tools 88 88 6 11 2 150 (new full number 83 30 0 490 841 holder $85.00) and 90 88 6 11 2 410 (new full number 83 30 0 490 884 spacer $32.50). Special tools 11 2 380, 11 2 383, 11 2 385 are for removing old seal. 11 3 280 is for driving in new seal. BMW has special tools for EVERYTHING so the removers and installers I bet you can get away without using if you are crafty. The Holder and spacer are critical to being able to remove the bolt.
You can ask your local dealer if you can borrow them for a fee. Purchase the tools at BMW. There are other aftermarket sources for BMW tools aswell.
