Hi,problem with me locks, the car locks fine but unlocking it is hell, from the remote on key it always locks but will not unlock from the remote & have to unlock the drivers door manually, then the other doors stay locked from the outside and the inside.if the car does unlock 1 out of 50 times the same again when i use the button inside the car, still the same when the ignision key is in postion 1.I have replaced the drivers side unit and worked fine for a day then the same problem.I think it is the control module behind the glove box.How can I check this? Please help as I have baby and am heaving the poor little feller over the front seats to get him the child seat. Thanks for reading Mike.

Answer
Mike, let me see if I have this right. Unlocking from remote does not work and the central locking button in the console doesn't work either? What is the drivers' side unit you are refering to? The door lock actuator in the door??? If you use the key on the outside driver's door key tumbler and turn the key beyond the unlock to the horizontal position (may have to do it twice) and hold it there do the windows and sunroof open? (convenience open feature)? Does the hazard button work? Have you tried another vehicle master key? Be specific.
