BMW Repair: my bmw, slave cylinder, bmw 325

i have a  88 BMW 325 and i got a problem with the clutch because don't come back up when i push it and when i put it in reverse or in firths gear seems like i release the pedal but my foot still pushing it i hope you can understand my question and i hope you can help me too thank you

 It sounds like your slave cylinder is not sealing correctly or the mastercylinder is not sealing. Look for leaks around the slave cylinder on the transmission, this will tell you where the problem lies.

 It has to be in the mastercylinder or the slave cylinder though.
