Answer
Robert, Pin #6 of the light switch is a green with red tracer wire supplies power for lighting to the intrument cluster and numerous other back lighting of switches from Fuse 33. Wire splices off to go to every back lit item in the interior. It goes to pin #2 of the instrument cluster. The switch doesn't show a fused jumper. I would disconnect the cluster and switch and see if you have a short to ground some where. There are several splices for the Green/Red wire to go to the switches. It doesn't show me where the splices are, but follow the wire from the light switch. If you show a short or something of the like, disconnect each wire from the splice until you narrow it down far enough to diagnose the circuit. Also check the bulbs in the instrument cluster. Good luck.
