How do I install driver window into auto window scissors.

I am having a hard time getting them to line up.

Hello Chris,
As you may have already noted, the scissors connect to the window glass thru 2 sliding pieces that have wire clamps/clips.
You have to move/adjust the sliding pieces to the position of the "male" parts that are attached to the glass, and press them on firmly making sure that it snaps together firmly (if not securely connected, the glass may even break). Of course, you also have to move the window glass up or down depending on where the scissors are currently.
Do not forget to grease the rails where the sliders move on.
One critical part that you have to check is the third arm
connected to the window regulator which bolts to the door.
If you changed the regulator, the third arm must be bolted on at the approximate position that the old one was bolted on (the hole for the bolt has leeway for adjustments).
