BMW Repair: BMW 750il, crankshaft position sensor, bmw 750il

Question
I can't get this thing to start. It's been sitting out for one year. I changed the fuel filters, and the fuel pumps. Everything is connected correctly. Power is going to the cannon plug. The DME relay and fuel relays are good. I get a false reading of 1241 from the computer. It turns over, but just won't start. I will check plugs tomorrow. All circuit breakers are good. ( #23 is for the fuel system.) Any help would be appreciated. (250,000 miles.)

Answer
Dear Paul,
Please check for fuel pressure in the fuel rail (35 to 45 psi). Check the fuses for the DME both in the fuse box and the E-Box (set of 5). Check for a strong spark at the plug itself.
Verify that the crankshaft position sensor is connected(even if connected but not working, the engine will not start).
Check the compression.
I should be able to tell you more but you forgot to tell me the year of your car. Also, I am not familiar with FC1241.
Can you give me the description?
