BMW Repair: 92 BMW 325i Stall, idling, Wont go into gear, vacuum hoses, airflow meter

Question
when I bought this car i told the seller, cosmetics arent a concern, but i needed a reliable car that didnt need mechanical repairs.
1)day two, got locked inside the car.  couldnt roll the windows down, or unlock from inside.  (2 hours in heat with a stranger in my car)
Stall/Loss of power.  This happens randomly as far as i can tell.  if i am stopped at a light, sometimes it will have no power and die,  sometimes on the freeway doing normal speed limit suddenly loss of power but it will  return with a little playing with the throttle.when i say loss of power i don't mean like a cable slipping....almost like a flooded kind of concept.
3.  engine will randomly rev up and down up and down
4  I turn my lights off, but one blinker likes to stay on and shine in the night.  I have to play with turning on the car /switching the signals back and forth randomly.
5  now i am getting a squecking sound from the rear end.
theres more but ill take 5 steps at a time......so much for an honest seller. hope ya can help
thanks tony

Answer
Dear Tony,
It seems that you will be busy with this car for awhile.
The squeaking noise is something that personal, on site,
diagnosis should take care of. Remote control diagnosis is oftentimes not workable on squeaks and rattles.
Line 1) Both central locking and window regulation are
concerned with the general module (which is a bunch of relays)
and it is most probably defective.
Line 2) Stall/Loss of power---this is most probably a defective cam sensor. See also line 3
Line 3) Revs up and down---usually this is due to a bad idle air valve, or bad vacuum hoses, or bad airflow meter. Sometimes it goes as bad as having a defective DME (engine computer). It is best that you have the car scanned by a BMW dealer or bring it to an independent repair shop that specializes in Beemers (and should have the diagnostic tools for it). Then choose your best options from there.
Line 4) Blinker stays on--- I think you have a bad light switch/module
