My 2002 BMW 325i Blower stop working can u help me?

Art, the final stage resistor for the A/C blower motor has failed. Please read any number of previous posts on this topic. Especially my post to 'Doug' on 8/24/06. Thanks. If these posts help you please fill out a follow up survey. Your 3-series is an E46 chassis.
