BMW Repair: Oil Light turns on and off, oil light, oil level

I own a 2000 323i and in the last month almost everytime that i turn the car on and drive off, the yello oil light turns on for about a minute or so and then turns off.  I had the oil replaced recently and have checked the oil level to see if that is the problem, but it is all okay.  Any suggestions as to what I can do?  Thank you,

Edwin, please replace the oil level sensor at the bottom of the oil pan. You need to drain the oil into a clean pan if you are going to reuse it. You might want to have the fault memory read out and erased as the faulty oil level sensor will have most likely stored a fault.
