BMW Repair: seats, euro spec, seatbacks

Question
what is the step by step process of removing the seats (front and back) from an E36 4dr M3 1998 (euro spec.) Also do you know the weight of the respective seats?

Answer
Each front seat has 4 bolts the are accessible by moving the seat forward for the back two and rearward for the front two.
The rear seat cushion bottom is remove by just pulling up on the front.
The seatbacks are all different but you shouldnt have a problem with them.
I couldnt tell you their weight.
