BMW Repair: alarmsystem, bmw shop, lighting control

Question
I have a newly purchased 1997 528i (only new to me, car is used) Two weeks ago, I was unlocking the car and the alarm went on and wasn't going to turn off.  I pulled the 5v fuse out and put it back in after the alarm turned off.  Drove home and looked into problem. No dome lights, central lock doesn't work, led light(alarm) under rearview mirror is out and my windows don't go down.  No fuses are blown and I replaced the four relays over the battery in trunk and one light green one in glovebox that looked somewhat worn inside. No go.  I also noticed the glovebox was damp and that there is a leak in the seal of the windshield. could it be the alarm control or something simple?

Answer
Body control module is located near the glovebox fusebox.  You may have gotten water in it.  The car will need to be checked out by a BMW shop.
There are some more fuses under the passenger seat(the seat needs to be removed) that may have gotten wet or blown.
The lighting control module is located under the right-front passenger right kickplate.Possibly water in it also.
