BMW Repair: No power to fuel pump, bmw 325is, fuel pump relay

Question
I have a 92 BMW 325IS that I replaced the fuel pump on and put a new head gasket on in that order. The car was getting fuel but I took out the fuel pump relay while rebuilding and when I put it back in nothing. The relay was tested as good and is getting power. I know it's not the fuel pump, what's in between? I read something regarding the DME main relay but I'm not sure which one it is. Can you help?

Answer
You rebuilt this car
" The car was getting fuel but I took out the fuel pump relay while rebuilding and when I put it back in nothing."
What did you do to the car?  Most problems are a result of a recent service or upgrade.
Check for voltage at the pump (cranking) if no volts, trace the wires from the pump back to the fuse box, the wire has been shorted out or cut off.  I'm not sure what the DME main relay is, i'd haveto look at the wiring diagram.
