BMW Repair: bmw transmission, pan gasket, uv dye

I have a 1993 525i. transmission is still leaking fluid . pan gasket was changed and shifter rubber replaced. Where could the leak be coming from. Please advise.        Jim

Bring it to a mechanic who has enough talent to find the source of the leak!
I don't know what to tell you other than to take a look at what part of the transmission you see fluid purging from.  I could guess, but that would be pointless.  
Where do you get your car serviced? If the mechanic isn't competent (which he apparently is not if he has replaced 2 gaskets to no avail)  If the leak Truly is hard to find, you can get some UV dye and put it in the transmission, run the car for a while, put it on a lift (running) and shine a Ultra violet light on what you can see of the oil and trace it up to where it is coming out, mirrors help.
