GMC Repair: 1997 Chevy S10 Steering, chevy s10, front end alignment

Question
I have a 1997 Chevy S10 with the V6 Vortec engine.  When I am driving straight down the road, the steering wheel is turned slightly toward the left instead of lining up straight.  This has no effect on the truck's performance but is just annoying.  Can this be adjusted somehow and if so, how do I do it?  Thanks.  Dale

Answer
The best advise is to go have a front end alignment performed.
The condition you describe is USUALLY the toe being out of specs.
If it was sudden, you may have hit something that bent a suspension part?
If not normal wear and tear on the front suspension parts will cause toe to get out of specs.
Be prepared, for a proper alignment, the parts will need to be in good condition.
The alignment tech will check the condition of parts, and recommend replacement of worn parts.
