GMC Repair: h.p, cold air intake, air intake system
QuestionI have a 1994 surburban/k1500,350cid,throttle body.I need to know the horsepower/and compression ratio.also can i put a better/or different knock sensor for better timing/maybe a performance one.thank you..
AnswerHi
Knock sensors will not affect horsepower at all. Timing is controlled by the PCM, knock sensors are only an input.
Best advise to get more HP using "bolt on" items would be Cold air intake system, better flowing exhaust (dual system), and sending your PCM off and having it recalibrated. Of course a good tune up, fuel filter etc.. never hurts.
As far as Horsepower
210-220 HP
