GMC Repair: 94 Buick Regal jerks & Stalls, spark plug wires, brake light switch

Question
94 Buick Regal sometime when pressing the gas pedal it jerks & Sometime it shuts off while driving but always crank backup.  Lastly, I have no brake lights, bulbs and fuses are good.

Answer
sounds like you have a fuel filter problem. The fuel filter is clogged. Also check your coil packs, each end of the spark plug wires at each end for corrosion. I would clean the wires at each end and coil packs with a small round wire brush. Get some dielectric grease from the auto store and apply at each end of the spark plug wires and coil packs. My sister had this same problem on a 1995 Pontiac Transport.

Your brake light switch at the brake pedal may be misaligned, need to be readjusted, or may need replacing. Make sure is it light up and adjusted. Worst case you may need to replace it. If that still does not work, you may need an electric diagnosis.
