GMC Repair: 1999 GMC Electrical, gmc suburban, turn signals

Question
1999 4X4 350 Automatic GMC Suburban. I can drive down the road and all of a sudden my dashlights, and tail lights will go out. Running lights work, regular lights work in front only. When I turn the turn signals on, everything blinks--Dash lights, taillights, backup lights, and brake lights. Sometimes it will blow a fuse and other times it will not. Also, Flashers when applied will blow a fuse. The vehicle runs excellent with no other problems.

Answer
Hi
Sounds like a ground problem.
I would check the battery ground, and every other body ground you can locate. (check = clean and tight)
Check the one on left rear frame, about 1 foot from bumper.
Check all along frame rails for grounds.
If you cannot locate it, I would take it to a good repair shop and have them check all the grounds.
I hope this helps
