GMC Repair: turn signal, turn signal flasher, turn signal switch

Hi...I own a chevy cavalier. Recently the turn signals are intermittent. I put either the left or right signal on, and it blinks, then stops and goes steady. Could this be a bulb issue or a fuse issue?

Not knowing the year kinda puts me at a disadvantage, but I would check ALL bulbs, front and rear.
Then depending on year, it could be the turn signal switch, the turn signal flasher, or the BCM (Body Control Module).
It could be any related wiring for the turn signal system.
