GMC Repair: Ukon xl 2002, power accessory, regulator assembly

Question
Would you direct me to a web site that can show me step by step on how to fix an electric Window? I know the motor is working but the cable is broken. Does this mean that I have to replace the whole thing? What would be the inexpensive way to fix the window?

Answer
Hi
I'll send you the GM procedure, less pics and hyperlinks.
You CAN now get just the regulator, although I will warn you, it is VERY tricky to replace regulator AND OR motor.
But that is how they come now.
Guess would be between 125.00 to 150.00 for regulator only?
Justa  guess.
I Hope this helps
