GMC Repair: cluster, ac delco, gm dealership

I replaced my insrument cluster in a 2004 GMC Seira.How do I program the new one

Needs to be reprogrammed with a scan tool.
Either at a GM dealership or an authorized AC Delco shop with a Tech2 scanner and TIS2000 software, or some independent shops have access to reprogramming using "Generic" scan tools.
Just Advice from experience.
