How do i reset the service engine soon light on my 99 gmc sonoma? Also My fuel gauge is not working properly.

Hi
Service engine soon light on OBDII vehicles HAVE to be reset by a scan tool.
Fuel gauge is PROBABALLY the fuel sender unit, inside the tank.
This also could be checked with a scan tool to see if the data matches. (Some GM vehicles you can check, some you cannot. I just don't remember for your particular application.)
