GMC Repair: 1994 GMC van speedo and tranny shifting, gmc vandura, gmc van

Question
Having a problem with my 1994 GMC Vandura van.  The speedometer stopped working, and the auto transmission will not shift.  It will manually shift in 1 and 2, but operates only in 1 set to either D or OD.  I've replaced the speed sender at the rear of tranny and tried another instrument cluster, both with no change.  Hoping for any suggestions about where to go next.

it needs a tranny shop to diagnostiac test the tranny it is free in most shops .
thire are more than one shift senser so it would have to be checked.
sorry that is the best i can do with out haveing it in my shop .
